Your training and compliance delivered on demand

Training & Compliance

Multichannel TV can combine video with supporting applications such as training and compliance, to be watched at a time that suits your audience and their work patterns.

Training & Compliance programmes

Whether they have 10 minutes in front of their PC at work or home or even a commute on the train, we can deliver programming to suit them, and the time they have available.

By making it easy to view or listen to your programmes at a time that suits them, users are in a much better position to take in the information, and if they get interrupted, Multichannel TV remembers what chapters of a programme they have watched so they can continue another time.

Ensuring compliance in financial, pharmaceutical and health and safety environments can be made easier by using Multichannel TV. FSA initiatives and requirements such as 'Treating customers fairly' and 'Money Laundering' can be addressed by using case studies and training programmes.

As an example, a leading IFA network completed their money laundering training and compliance obligations to the FSA within 2 weeks, a task that would have taken nearer two months had a traditional classroom approach been adopted for all advisers in the UK.

By allowing advisers to do training at a time that best suited their business schedules - whether at the office, at home or whilst traveling - they kept their advisers on the road and maximised selling time.

In addition, they were able to demonstrate clear adherence to FSA compliance by the management information that MultiChannel TV were able to supply.
