Promote

Promotion and management information - designed from the outset to deliver a demonstrable return on investment. Broadcasting over the Internet, even to a known audience, needs the same levels of commitment to forward planning and promotion associated with traditional TV... we make that happen.

A key part of the Multichannel TV proposition is to work with your team right at the outset to formulate a promotional plan that integrates the programme with your offline marketing activities.

Promotion options

The programme launch plan can combine many diverse elements. This can include: -

  • Email marketing with integrated sound clip teasers
  • Fully managed email and SMS marketing campaigns,
  • Advertising and video teasers into a company intranet or extranet
  • ‘Coming soon’ advertising within your company’s Internet TV interface
  • We also cater for users that may not have Internet access. For them we are able to provide the programmes on a CD handout.

We always ensure that our programmes have a strong and very visible call to action - whether that be links to follow up information, a contact request form, offers and competitions, or in the case of compliance and training online testing of the programme content.

Multichannel TV delivers detailed levels of management information to you.. much more than would be normally obtained by just hosting a video on a website. Given the investment you make in producing video content, we feel it's vital that we measure more than just how many times it has been hit.

Management information is accessible via our self-service administration interface, which enables you to extract viewing figures, percentage audience penetration and follow up actions required to develop the opportunities further.

We also measure how effective the communication was in conveying its message. We have multiple ways of doing this. For example, we measure how long each person watched a programme for or where the user went after viewing it.
